| Good Victorian snooker dining table |
This is a top quality Victorian snooker dining table in good used condition.Weve just cleared this from a local house as can be seen from the pics and was being used up until the last few years.As you can see from the pics its a slate bed in good condition with no cracks and very very heavy.The table leaves lift off and on the top for dining and the table can be raised for eating via a wind up mechanism.We dont have the handle for this but you can use a normal socket from a tool set.For ease of movement the top lifts off the base and the legs unscrew to be able to manouvre it around door frames.Its not in mint showroom condition as its been in the same house since it was made and has obviously been used.That said its perfectly presentable and useable in its present condition.It comes with balls/scoreframe and a collection of variouse cues.This is a top quality item,you just have to look at the quality of the table legs to see that and i guarantee you wont find better.

| Pair massive old throne style chairs |
This is a massive pair of old throne style armchairs that look realy impressive.Each chair is aprox 3ft wide to the end of the arms,47 inches high and 29 inches deep.The seat is 2ft wide and 22 inches deep.The upholstery on both chairs is good but will need cleaning(see pics)and they are realy realy comfortable.This is a fantastic pair of old chairs that would look as home on a film set as they would in a large house or library.

| Good antique satinwood bureaux on stand |
This is a fantastic piece of antique Satinwood furniture.Its a small Satinwood bureaux on stand with crossbanded fall and variouse inlays.The bureaux needs a bit of tlc but nothing to major.There are small chips of veneer missing and a bit of damage to one back corner(see pic)but we have the piece wich only needs resticking and tidying up.The tlc is nothing major and the bureaux can be used as is without doing the repairs as its solid and not going to fall to pieces.It stands aprox 40 inches high,3ft wide and about 19 inches deep.This is a very nice piece of antique Satinwood furniture that in the right place would look fantastic.

This is a very very nice funky looking modern chaise in exellent condition and very good looking.This chaise has a nice black frame with black snakeskin style covering.Its aprox 5ft long,29 inches deep and the back is 40 inches high.This is a very good looking piece of furniture and we also have for sale a matching chair.

| Fantastic Onyx and Ormalu pedastal |
| This is a fantastic looking Louis style stand/pedestal we bought from a local house recently.The pedestal is made of Onyx with Ormalu mounts and stands about 41.5 inches high and the top is about 10 1/4 inches square and swivels.The pedestal seems to be in very good condition with none of the nibbles around the edges that this type of item usualy has and all the metal work is in good condition as well.This is a realy fantastic decorative pedestal that with a nice bronze or bust on it will look fantastic. |

| Fancy looking Giltwood settee |
This is a fantastic giltwood framed settee that weve just cleared from a local house .The settee has a wooden frame thats been gilded and is very solid.The upholstery is textile and is all in good condition other than needing a slight brush as its a bit dusty.The settee is aprox 67 inches wide,25 inches deep and the back is about 40 inches high.The only faults with it are that the bottom of one back leg has had a repair(see pic)and there are bits of wear to the gilding.This can easily be sorted out using a bit of gold paint or treasure gold from homebase or b+q.All that said its nothing major just the general wear to be expected with this kind of finish and to be honest i think it adds to the shaby chic effect.

| Victorian pine Armoire |
This is a very pretty antique pine Armoire in very good condition and ready to use.The armoire was originaly painted and has been stripped but would look just as good if it was repainted with some sort of paint effect.It has a double door arangement with hanging rail and a single drawer under and comes with original key although that said the lock is a bit tricky.It has an internal hanging size of 16 inches deep and 38 inches high.This is a single piece of furniture that doesnt break down,only the pediment piece comes off so bear this in mind before bidding.This realy is a very pretty piece of antique pine in good condition and ready to go.

| Fantastic looking antique style roll toped desk |
| This is a large antique style Oak roll top desk that weve just cleared from a local house.Even though theres no great age to it,it must have cost a kings ransom when new due to the quality of it.It has 3 variouse size drawers to one side with a cupboard to the other.The roller/drawers/cupboard are all lockable and come with keys.It was obviously once fitted for a computer as there is a central drawer wich has a slide for a keyboard and there are a couple of holes for the wirework.The only faults i can find to this are that there are some old scratches to the edge where you sit and it would have had another section internaly but this has been removed i would think to make extra space.The desk splits into two pedestals and the top+odds for ease of movement.Its 52 inches high,54 inches wide and 28 inches deep so theres plenty of room for all your odds n sods.This is a very nice quality piece of furniture thats not been skimped on quality wise |

| Pretty Victorian Mahogany framed armchair |
This is a fantastic looking Victorian mahogany framed armchair in good condition.The chair is mahogany show framed with carving to the top and all in good condition.There are a few marks to the green draylon upholstery comensurate with age but nothing major or that shouldnt come out.The chair is 38 inches high,27 inches wide,32 inches deep and the seat is about 23 inches deep.This is a realy nice antique chair that in the right setting would look fantastic.

| Fantastic looking Victorian double compactum wardrobe |
This is a nice looking 19th century double mahogany wardrobe compactum that weve just cleared from a local house.It comprises a central section fitted with 4 large drawers and a cupboard with shelves.To the side of that is a hanging section and under that is a large single drawer in the base.The wardrobe breaks down into 3 sections wich are the cornice,body and base.The wardrobe is in good solid condition but has a few knocks/scratches and bruises consistant with over 100yrs of use.That said its not a wreck and ive probably overdescribed any faults,and its definatly got another 100yrs left in it.This is a very nice looking practical wardrobe with plenty of space for loads of gear.
